Monitor Who is Accessing our Instant App

I created a Instant App (Zone Lookup) on our company's website (so public facing) and I was wondering if there was a way to monitor who is viewing it? We have them search an address to see if they are within our fiber network tiers and if they are they can submit a survey to get connected to our representatives but is there a way we can see when and who is using our app before submitting address and survey?

Please take a look at this blog: Add web analytics to ArcGIS Instant Apps to see if this would work out for you. Note you would need do the following:

Your organization must enable the sending of anonymous usage data.
You must obtain a Google or Adobe analytics account.
Analytics must be configured in your app.
