Update Attribute based on Spatial Relationship to other layer

Hello. I am trying to create a calculated expression that will allow me to update a field in my form based on another layer. The end user will start creating a line in Field Maps but snapping to an exisiting feature from another layer. I want the highway name from the existing feature to populate the highway attribute in my new feature.
