Hi,
We have a strange problem that is affecting only some users. It doesn't affect them all the time, but very often it does.
When they open ArcGIS Pro, it crashes right when opening a project or creating a new project. We are using Pro 3.1.1.
In our test environment we have 3.3.5, and when giving access to those users to the test environment, Pro crashes directly when they start it.
We tried using config settings for these users like described here:
Manage application settings—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
in order to remove any references to OneDrive, because OneDrive is currently used as the default location for projects and the default.gdb, while this is advised against by Esri. However, this does not seem to help. And when I took over a session from the user, and started Pro "as another user" with my own account, it also crashed. But if I start a regular session, I never encounter this problem myself, neither do most other users.
Any brilliant ideas?
