Minimum Version of ArcGIS Pro to Generate Business Analyst Infographics?

I've been having some problems with Pro showing a blank screen when trying to create a Business Analyst infographic. We installed the infographic player on our 11.1 portal yesterday and the infographic successfully completes in Pro 3.4 but it remains blank in 3.1.7 and 3.2 tests. I haven't been able to find a version/patch where this was addressed. Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
