Hello,

I am trying to create Indoors Pathways using the "Generate Indoors Pathways" tool and Indoors Dataset in ArcGIS Pro. The tool completed the task successfully, but it is not generating any pathways inside the output "PrelimPathways" Indoors Network feature class. What could be the reason for not generating pathways? Appreciate your suggestions/solutions.

Hi Ganasri, sorry to hear you're not getting output PrelimPathways features from the Generate Indoor Pathways tool. Thank you for the screenshot -- it looks like the map is floor-aware so that indicates the hierarchical relationship between Levels and Units is good. A few questions to help understand the issue better:

1. What version of ArcGIS Pro is being used?
2. Are there any selections or definition queries set on the Levels, Units, or Details layers? If so, please describe or provide screenshots.
3. Please provide a screenshot of the View Details --> Parameters, Environments, and Messages showing information for the tool run. If the information does not appear (as seen in the screenshot), please use the Copy button to copy/paste the information.
   

    

4. Can you provide the data, or a subset of the data, for testing?

5. Please also provide any additional information you may have gathered from further attempts to use the tool.
