Experience Builder Application URL in Enterprise

After Adding Application to Portal for ArcGIS, When I am adding URL's in Redirect URL's it's showing Red alert. Basically Its asking for URL for application, as seen in below screenshot. 

 

Can anybody please confirm which URL do I need to put in there.
