Plotting, labeling, and adding pictures for plants

I'm a fairly new user and inexperienced. I use Survey 123 daily for various inspection reports and such. I have the need to plot a large tree planting area with labels and pictures in the near future. Is there a current template I could edit and adapt to this use? Would I be able to share the data (map and labels) to non esri users in an easy to read and interactive format?
