DEM reconditioning in Arc GIS pro

I tried generating streams with DEM of 30m resolution and the output was very different from the streams I see on the basemap of ArcGIS. Thus I planned to recondition the DEM using a vector stream layer that I have created from Google Earth. How much of the stream details I need to have in my vector layer for properly burning in? Does it need to have all order streams or major clearly visible streams are enough for reconditioning with ArcHydro? And what are all the specifications that the vector layer has to meet so that it can be used to modify DEM? Can anyone send me related posts and answers?
