When I updated my ArcGIS Monitor from 2024.0 to 2024.1, the updated version did not reflect in ArcGIS Monitor under Administration > License. The application clearly updated, as I can see the updates/enhancements. Has anyone else had this problem?

This is expected behavior. We don't update the ArcGIS Monitor license file for minor releases, only major releases. FYI: You can check the release version of ArcGIS Monitor by clicking your profile in the upper right corner of the web app,
Alternatively, you could also navigate to Monitoring page > Agents and this will display the AM Agent release versions,Hope this helps,
