ArcGIS Pro has a readability issue. It causes much more eye strain than the product that it is replacing. The Dark Theme does not resolve this problem. Changing the washed out gray text with bold black text would be a much appreciated first step in accommodating individuals with vision impairments.
THIS!!!! This was the main reason I had to continue using ArcMap for so long. I just can't see things well in Pro, it takes twice as long for me to find anything I'm looking for due to the light font and white-washed appearance of Pro. And I agree, the dark theme does not help at all. I wish there we more optional customizations.
