Count of the 2nd father repeat not refresh when delete the first repeat grandfather

I have a survey with 3 repeats, the grandfather, the father and the son.

To better understand my problem, follow the instructions below:

• Create 1st grandfather with 1 father and 1 son, 2nd grandfather with 3 fathers and 1 son each one, and 3rd grandfather with 2 fathers and 1 son each one;
• Delete the 1st grandfather;
• You see that 2nd grandfather, now 1st grandfather, has only 1ftather with 1 son.

This only happens when I delete the 1st grandparent, regardless of how many repeats I have overall (the instructions above were just 1 example).

Is this a bug or is there any way to refresh the repeats when I delete the 1st repeat (I understand that in Survey the 1st is always the default)??
