Message Action in ArcGIS Experience Builder

I really wish 'Action' in ArcGIS Experience Builder could set a name or leave some clues when the data has changed or damaged.
When I've got too many actions and I couldn't remember which layer was used for this action in this widget.
So painful to set up all of them again with no clues.
