Drawing a 3D fault plane

I have a series of faults that I want to show as 3D planes.

I've also got all the points that define the fault plane (latitude, longitude and depth). Is there any way to create a polygon or other shape that can be shown in 3D in ArcGIS Pro? Because I don't seem able to find it.

There is this tutorial from back in the ArcMap days that does an effective job of creating vector data...but...it's 2D.  I wonder if the output from this workflow can then be brought into ArcGIS Pro and somehow extruded?
