Enable Scalebar Units Selection Dropdown in Print Widget

The out of the box widget in Experience Builder includes the option for the person viewing the app to select a scalebar unit from a drop down. This will dynamically update the units used for the scalebar in the exported map. I would like to see the Javascript SDK print widget have functional equivalency to the ExB widget with regard to scalebar unit selection.
