When tried to create sites based on walk/drive time in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App for Mainland China area, an error message appeared and the sites created do not make sense.
Are there countries/regions that are not available for creating site based on walk/drive time?

The global routing services for China are limited. This is the documentation:

Country Code
Geocoding Quality Level
Mapping or Routing Level
Speed Data Source
Trucking Restrictions
China
CHN
Level 4
Major Roads
Minimal Street Coverage
No
Level 4 means only major roads, with some patches in coverage and limited other roads for routing purposes. This is different from basemap coverage.
