Field Map: Related Data Table Links to another Data Layer

Hello All, 

 

Thank you for your time today. 

 

I am using Field Maps and would like to add a link in the data layer table pop-up that will link to another data layer. I need this to happen in offline mode in the field map app. 

Essentially the workflow will be:

1) open snare data layer point 2) open snare point related data table 3) if the snare was successful then show the link to a different data layer to enter a point. 

Is this possible? I imagine it could just be as simple as a link- but I'm not sure what the link would be.

You can create a link to open field maps and initiate capturing a feature. Parameters and examples here:

Theoretically you could construct the above url using arcade in field maps however I'm not sure if the URL to launch a map works from within the map itself.

You could also publish the layer with relationships between the three layers/tables. It wouldn't be a link, but the user could click through the relationship into the 2nd point layer.
