UN in enterprise 11.3 with 32bits objectIds

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has a tip for creating a UN dataset with 32 bits objectIds instead of 64 bits, this is mainly for compatibility with Field Maps and Pro < 3.3

The target is Enterprise 11.3 Pro 3.3

OK, I found that using the StageUtilityNetwork with utility_network_version="VERSION_6" does the job.

But for an unknown reason, it doesn't work with arcpy and creates a ver. 7 instead. I had to manually stage the UN with Pro (3.3.2)
