Reporter App URL Parameters Not Working (Help Please!)

Hello! I could use some help figuring out why my URL Parameters are not working on my Reporter App, but they're working on the Sidebar App. I've compared the JSON's of each app and they appear to be the same, but the Reporter isn't working as intended. Screenshots below! Thank you!
