ArcGIS Online: consultation of applications by identification (non-members)

Good morning. Would it be possible to add a functionality in ArcGis Online allowing access (consultation) to a production (dashboard, Experience Builder) by simple identification (username, password)? The idea is to allow consultation of applications to be restricted to an identified public and not a member of the organization. THANKS.
