One of the papers I am reading is talking about using "Bivariate Local Moran's statistic analysis" in GeoDa to determine the spatial correlation between 2 indices. I was wondering if the Bivariate Local Relationship geoprocessing tool does the same task, or if it is comparable to Anselin's GeoDa tool?
