Create Question that Contains a Grid

Hi, I'm trying to create a survey which is meant to evaluate a web map in my organization.  I have a list of layers that I want the user to answer if they use or don't use.  I tried using the 'Single select grid' which would look like this:

This is working fine, but when I enter too many rows, I get the following error

Is there a way to fix this or is there a better type of question that I should be using?

Sounds like there may be issues with your survey. Did you make it in Connect? If so, can you provide the XLSX?

There isn't a "cap" on questions, like what you've shown.
