Increase size of widget icon and change color

Question

For the Legend and Layer List Widget Icons, how can I increase their size and change the color of the widget? Is there a setting for the widget size that will make them increase in size of decrease in size based on the map window? Here is a screenshot of the default setting:

To add to @ZachBodenner, there are also options to change the icons themselves and their colors.

I believe if you're using the Widget Controller, you kind of just get small/medium/large as options. If you toggle on the Advanced settings, you can control the standard/selected/hover colors"
