ArcGIS Open Data portal - Design Layout

I'm unable to save changes to the Design Layout tab in the ArcGIS Open Data portal because the 'Save' button appears to have disappeared. Is it just me?

IE11. It works fine in Google Chrome v43

Answer: the Save button on the ArcGIS Open Data portal was hidden under the 'About esri' bottom frame. When I change the zoom level to 25% in IE, I can see the Save button again
