Error running ArcGIS Cloud Builder 11.3

Question

Hello,

We are tying to do an ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade from 11.0 to 11.3, but we are getting an error after we select the option upgrade.

We have seen this error in tree different machines where we installed cloud builder, we have tried two different azure users, but we do not understand what could happend.

any idea of this error?

@DiegoLlamasOlivares, is the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment you attempted to upgrade still operational? My first thought was to test with ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder 11.1 instead. But I think I'd rather encourage you to open a ticket with Support.
