I use Web Experiences to facilitate the review of features collected in the field, and these features include one or more images as attachments on the feature layer(s). The images are high-resolution and it is often necessary to zoom in to inspect the images and get a closer view. However, the Image Widget does not include controls for zoom/pan on images, and they must to be opened in a separate tab/window to use the browsers built-in controls for zoom and pan.
When only a single image is displayed in the Image Widget, you can right-click the widget and open the image in a new tab. However, when a gallery of images is displayed the right-click option disappears as the image is beneath the gallery controller. This drives me to use the Feature Info widget instead to view the images as you can right-click and open the attachments regardless if there are one or more images displayed in the scrolling gallery.
Adding options to the Image Widget to configure/enable zoom and pan controls would allow you to stay within the Web Experience and ignore the conflicting browser behavior on right-click when more that one image is attached to a feature.
