I'm still struggling with it - whenever I try to resume the MOOC it takes me to the training page with nothing on it.
That's what was happening to me when the dashboard was down. Once it was back online I was able to access MOOC. Just checked now and I can get in. Maybe back now?
I have issues accessing courses now. Says the same. Error launching course.From the amount of similar posts here, it seems like a largescale issue.Hopefully it gets resolved sooner.
Yep, I'm experiencing this issue as well. Seems like in the past they have addresses it quickly, hopefully we can get in soon.
They seems to have acknowledged the issue, now there is this message on top of every course :
There is currently an issue launching e-learning courses from Esri Academy. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we actively work to resolve the issue.
It has been resolved now.
