Can anyone tell me if crime mapping economic development, grant data and contract data management can be used within Esri? If so, how in Esri? I am sure it has but I don't much talk about it.
As long as there is a spatial aspect to the data you have - coordinates, an address, legal description, etc. you can use it in ArcGIS Software, but that's hugely simplifying things. The biggest question is really what do you want to do with these kinds of data?
