Automatically complete CITY field based on current location?

In AGOL, we have a CITIES feature layer with polygons of our county's municipalities. I would like my Survey123 form to automatically fill in the CITY field with the polygon NAME based on the user's current location. And if the user is currently outside of any of the city polygons, the field will get the value "Unincorporated". Is this possible?

hi @BBowers_napacounty it depends how you created the survey. If you created it with the webdesigner you can use the calculation function like this.

 if you used Survey123 connect you can use pulldata from layer like this.

In both cases you can use "Unincorporated" as a default value.
