Update edits error when using Manager Instant App

Question

I have created a Manager Instant App for updating the status of inspections. When I try and test updating the fields I get an error message.

This is the first time using Manager Instant App, but the error appears when I select a feature in the map, then try and edit the attributes. No error, but the edits are not saving in Map Viewer or another Esri web application.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Do you see this error when trying to update any features in the app or only specific features? Do you also see the same error if you try to make the same edit in Map Viewer?

Can you provide some additional information about what you are doing when you run into the error?
