Can't use the Template silverlight

Question

Hello everyOne ,
 I am trying to develop an application by using Arcgis APi for silverlight and visual Studio 2010 and i want use the template predefined ,
I have download the template but if try to use it  by lunching the sln File it show me the error :[ATTACH=CONFIG]30068[/ATTACH]

I am using the 3.1 Version (Arcgis API 3.1 for silverlight ) so your templates did'nt work

Are you using ArcGIS Silverlight API v 2.4? 
If you are using v 3.2 (latest one) then here are the equivalent templates
