adding ground objects to elevation profile

I greet everyone. I hope you are well. Can we add ground objects in ArcGIS Pro to the elevation profile (e.g. warehouse, side view of soil pollution, agricultural machinery, residential houses, etc.)? For example, is it possible to show objects located around or on any A-A1 line on the elevation profile? Thanks in advance

I think the short answer is no. You could always export the graph and draw on top of it in some other image manipulation software?
