I am working on creating a survey in Survey123 Connect and its purpose is for landowners to fill out to join a programs. One of the questions that needs to go in the survey is a fill in the blank style of question where the landowner would fill in their name to a statement. I have looked at many forums and videos but no solution. I was wondering if this style of a question is possible in Survey123 or not?

Try using an Image question with a signature appearance. You can set a custom background image for the signature by providing the image file name (in the format name_of_your_file.jpg) in the default column.
Make sure the background image file is copied ito the "media" folder. You might need to save your statement into a JPG format so that it can be used as the background.
