ArcGIS for Personal Use purchases and renewals processed on or after January 4, 2024 will no longer include ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap)
I purchased Arcgis Desktop in June 2023 and renewed the purchase in 2024. With this purchase, PRO came automatically, but the desktop application gives an expired warning and does not work. It does not give a new number in my account for license renewal. So I cannot renew. Although support for the desktop application has been removed, I think I should use it until 2025 because I purchased it. What should I do about this?
