The rounding of decimals seems like an issue in the visual. We will look into addressing this in the next update of the visual
Typically, numbers or dates will carry the formatting that is provided by Power BI. In some cases, when you model your data in Power BI, you would apply the proper formatting in Power BI Desktop; when you don't a default format may be applied.
The recent update caused so many issues. It took so long to load the map when I click the page which contains ArcGIS map in Desktop. It was working very well before. But now it getting worst. I guess never do a proper release with the mind of user experience.
I'm having a lot of issues with the recent update as well. It's so frustrating.
