When creating a side car in a Story Map the content with the docked panel must scroll up to the top of the media panel before changing to the next slide. This seems to be a bit long if you have a large photo or map in the story. Can the length of this scrolling transition be changed? I notice there are several of the plus signs left to add content for this slide. Is there a way to delete these or compress them so the scrolling activates the next slide halfway up or so from the last used content addition?
