Different Colors in the color palette

I was wondering if anyone has experienced their colors changing in their color palette. The colors seem to almost skewed and not the vibrant colors as before for the standard palette.

I figured it out that it was because of my color management. Once I switched the color conversion rule to Preserve Color Value. It returned back to normal.

So I see this when my Color Vision Simulator (Tritanopia) is turned on. By chance is CVS on the View tab active?
