Error Publishing Scene Layer Package on Enterprise 10.9.1

Hello ESRI community,

We have an issue when publishing SLPK in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. An error ‘Invalid scene package’ showed up after a couple of minutes and the publishing failed.

To eliminate the data issue, I have

• Validated the layer
• Uploaded and published successfully in DEV environment (same ArcGIS Enterprise build but a single machine deployment. PROD is a multi-server deployment)
• Tested another small sample SLPK with the same result e.g. failed in PROD but succeeded in DEV.
• SLPK attached here 

Sever log shows ERROR 001885, which I searched online and couldn’t find much helpful info. 

My gut feeling is it is about network but totally uneducated guess. Any idea?

To answer my own question in case someone came across this issue.

It was caused by certain ports blocked on the Data Store machine. Check the official documentation and make sure the Windows firewall rules are configured correctly.
