Survey 123 Outbox

Question

Hi All,

I have created a survey in Survey 123 web not Survey 123 Connect. I got notification the end user that the outbox comes out with the data schema and is not direct. Picture attached, any tips on how to fix this? Have not dealt with this issue much before. Would love some good resources to help me come up with a resolution to this.

They are looking for a cleaner version for outbox for example displaying only trail name and trail number. Suggestions welcomed!

I haven't found anything helpful yet at this point. Will continue to browse.

I'd say the issue is web designer. If you are making a survey for the Field App, definitely use Connect.

Honestly, I'd use Connect even if making a survey for the web...

I am using the survey 123 web designer for this one. So are you referring to me opening this in survey 123 connect?
