Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')

Question

HI, i have a dashboard with a embedded survey in edit mode.

Was working fine but today when select a record in the list , the embedded survey say:

josevaldes1 · Answer

Hi, well i found that when redering the form, in the developers tool of chrome says that is not found the attachments.

So i restart the services in my arcgis server and now is working again.

Hi @josevaldes1 , the error message "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')" means that something in your dashboard's embedded survey is trying to use data that isn't there or isn't in the right format.
