IMG is blurry from Pro to AGOL

I have drone imagery on Pro that I am trying to load onto ArcGISOnline while keeping the resolution of the imagery. I have tried to publish it as a feature layer and a tile however the imagery is very poor and cannot zoom in at all. I have been messing with the Configuration on the share as a web layer but it has made it worse.
