I am attempting to run the analysis widget in portal 10.4 however, I recieve an error message that states," Your user role cannot perform analysis. Administrator of your organization needs to grant certain privileges." How can I resolve this issue? I ha

I have logged in as publisher and administrator on portal to run this widget. I have ensured that the utilities in the GIS Manager page have been started.
