Data Filters

Hello,

I was wondering if there was  away to create exclusive filters in ArcMap 10.2. For example:

 

	Priority	Hydrocarbons?	Chlorides?
Site 1	1	Yes	Yes
Site 2	2	No	Yes
Site 3	2	Yes	No

 

If on my map I was displaying sites with hydrocarbons (1 and 2) and then I wanted to show sites with hydrocarbons AND chlorides (1), or a site with hydrocarbons AND priority 2 (3), after selecting the second parameter the map would only show those sites which are positive for both of those?
