One of the widgets in Experience Builder, Feature Info, has a button that provides for extra functions that end-users do not need:

Yes - in Experience Builder you need to go to the "Action" tab in the "Feature Info" options, and then on the "Data action" tab. In the "Data action" tab you need to turn the "Enable data action" option off.
