Pop-up exclude null value attributes

When configuring a map in Field Maps Designer or Map Viewer and developing the pop-ups there should be an option to have the pop-up exclude any attribute that has a null or empty value.

At the very least, you can do this with an Arcade popup element pretty easily. But I agree, it would be a lot nicer if this were a built-in option, since it's the precise reason I even use an Arcade element more than half the time.
