Display of Image service with RFT

Question

I'm using a mosaic dataset to publish as image service from ArcGIS PRO.
The mosaic dataset displays the added rasters perfectly with the symbology from the RFT used.

But when published as image service, it displays the raster data as squares as shown in the attachment .

I have calculated the statistics, built pyramids , built the overviews.

For your reference, the visual clip from Mosaic dataset and the visual clip from Image service is attached. Please help to figure out where I'm going wrong.

Thanks for your reply. I'll check the scenario and fix it accordingly.

the bad display means image service cannot access the source data inside the mosaic dataset. there could be many different scenarios. e.g.

1. image server is running under a system account that doesn't have access to the source data.

2. image server machine has a same-name folder as with the publisher client, but the folder doesn't contain that source data.
