We use workforce twice a year during elections. We have noted that the the field worker must do a manual such to pull down an assignment. We are aware of the AutoSynching option every 15 minutes. Does anyone have a workaround to synch assignments faster than 15 minutes? We did find the option to turn off the battery optimization in the profile. This defaults the synch time to 1 minute. However our users were still experiencing delays. .
We are also having sync issues. Our tech is set to auto sync but assignments he completed yesterday afternoon are just coming through this am.
