Hi there I have been tasked to create a workflow that will show when a boat went from port A to port B when did it enter a certain area inbetween. I figure the best way to do this is to use the average speed of the vessel but I am not sure how to do this in arcgis pro. I could simply build the slider then divide the segments up but I need accuracy on this. Would the best idea be to build a network model essentially of one street would that work? Lets say the boat is traveling at 25 mph. For those curious I work for an agency looking into a hazard potentially caused by a boat so we are expiramenting with using pro for this.
