Live dashboard

I am struggling to create a live dashboard and here is my problem. I have large data 53000 records on Survey123 and use feature layers as the data big. Even when I refresh intervals and visualisation tabs I can see the new data feed dashboard. One thing I am not so sure if I need to create feature layers I need to compress the data in a Zip file be that is the problem? Can someone please advice what to do?
