ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: The one decimal place is incorrectly rounded in the layer classes,

In the screenshot below, I couldn’t figure out why the one decimal place is incorrectly rounded in the layer classes

What could be the issue here?

Thank you for the data download as I'm able to replicate the issue on my side.  I think this is a BUG.  I'd recommend contacting Esri Support Services to log an incident.  I'm not seeing anything on the internals showing this.  I was able to work around it by changing the category to Percentage and the radio button (number represents a fraction.  Adjust it to show as a percentage."
