Editing Permissions of Members in a group

Question

Hello Everyone,

I recently made a group in which I have shared a feature Layer. I have also made a web map app in which the feature layer is present. I want to make the layer editable only by certain members in the group whereas I want the other members to view/read the feature layer only. It is like that if a group has members A and B how do I configure only Member A to make changes and member B to view only. I have been trying to find solutions but could not find any if any body knows please let me know.

Hi @TariqKhan, I believe you can achieve this with views in ArcGIS Online. For example, in your original dataset / map you could allow editing access for a group. Then in a separate view you can restrict it to only viewing.
